    1. Fence Project Update (tentatively starting in August)
    2. Pool Update, discuss incidents, begin an investigation into using an electronic gate code.
    3. Tree removal needs
    4. Update HOA restrictions to limit the number of rentals
  4. Board Officer Regular Check-In
