We have been working hard behind the scenes to make sure we are able to use and enjoy the pool this summer. In accordance with recommendations from the Johnson County Health Department the Amber Meadows swimming pool will be opened on Monday, June 8th with a few new policies and procedures.

The pool code will be sent to you via email the day before your specific time slot. While this process is a little different from what we are all accustomed to, please know that it is being implemented in an effort to allow everyone the best chance to have fun and be safe at the pool for the first part of the summer. I know that we will all be prepared to be graceful and communicate with this board and your neighbors if there are imperfections in the process. We will do whatever we can to help this go smoothly. Board Meeting Dates Have Changed
The Amber Meadows board has an announcement to make. We are changing our regular board meeting date to the second (2nd) Tuesday of every month. We will continue to hold the meetings at the Price Chopper off of 135th and Quivira starting at 7pm in the food court.

2020 Amber Meadows HOA Annual Meeting
| Happy Holidays Neighbors! Hopefully, everyone is finishing 2019 well and preparing for exciting new things in the new year! At the beginning of each new year, the Amber Meadows HOA Board hosts an annual meeting to give homeowners a chance to socialize and catch up on HOA news. With that in mind, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to come to enjoy bagels, donuts, coffee, and juice with us on Saturday, January 11th from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at: Colonial Presbyterian Church 12501 137th St Overland Park, KS 66221 While this is a great opportunity to socialize with neighbors and catch up with HOA news, the primary purpose of this meeting is the election of the new board for the upcoming year. Most of this year’s board plans to volunteer again, but there is plenty of room for others who wish to experience the joy of serving the neighborhood the way we do.
