Annual meeting starts at 9:30am.   Will count ballots for the Proposed Amendments to Amber Meadows Declaration of Restrictions.   Vote for the 2018 AMHOA board members.  Only half of the 2017 board members are returning so we need your help and support on the board.  To see board member roles visit Board Roles and Responsibilities.  Email [email protected] if you want your name on the preprinted board members ballot for January 13th.

On December 1, 2017 the 2018 Amber Meadows Homes Owners Association’s Annual Assessment will be mailed out.  You should receive yours within a few days.  Please check your mailboxes.  Dues of $425.00 are due January 1,2018.  To view payment/penalty policy see link below.

Included in the mailing is a voting ballot with Proposed Amendments to By Laws & Restrictions. Following AMHOA rules each amendment (1-6) must be voted on and each must pass independently by 51% (371 Homes x 0.51 = 189.21, so 190 yes votes per amendment). For each proposed amendment you must Circle YES if you are in favor or NO if not. No circle on either Yes or No is considered a NO vote. One ballot per address.  The voting document should be returned with your Annual Assessment no later than January 1, 2018.  Counting of ballots will occur January 13, 2018 at Annual Meeting.

Ballot, Proposed Amendments to By Laws & Restrictions

When: Monday, December 11, 2017 @ 6:30pm-8:00pm

Where: Price Chopper, 11700 W. 135th St, Overland Park, KS

Decorate your home to be the best and brightest in Amber Meadows. Houses may be decorated anytime prior to 5pm on December 11th, 2017. Your house must be within Amber Meadows HOA. Judging is done by HOA board members.

The criteria that will be judged is as follows:

• Originality: Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations
• Arrangement: Display and placement of decorations
• Theme: Storyline or scene
• Overall: Overall presentation

Winning entrants will be posted on the Amber Meadows website.
1st place prize is $50.00, 2nd place prize is $25.00.  Good Luck!
